Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using our website, digital products (including spreadsheet trackers, e-books, and courses), or 1:1 coaching services. By making a purchase or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services & Products

1111 Career Coaching LLC provides professional development and career alignment services, including:

• Digital Products: Downloadable resources, spreadsheet trackers, templates, and pre-recorded online courses.

• 1:1 Coaching Services: Personalized live coaching sessions, strategy calls, and consulting packages.

2. Digital Products: Terms of Sale & License

2.1 All Sales Are Final

Refund Policy: Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, templates, and online courses, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once a download link has been generated or course access granted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

2.2 Limited Intellectual Property License

When you purchase a digital product, 1111 Career Coaching LLC grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal and individual professional use only.

• What you CAN do: Use the trackers, spreadsheets, or course materials to manage your personal career advancement and job search.

• What you CANNOT do: Resell, redistribute, share, sub-license, or publicly display these materials (whether for profit or for free). You may not share your login credentials or digital files with third parties, colleagues, or friends.

3. 1:1 Coaching Services: Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds

3.1 Scheduling & Session Expiration

• All 1:1 coaching sessions must be scheduled and utilized within the timeframe specified at checkout or in your client onboarding materials (e.g., coaching packages must be completed within 3 or 6 months of purchase).

• Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited and non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, you must provide at least 24 hours' written notice prior to the scheduled start time.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely (no-show after 10 minutes of the scheduled start time), will be counted as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

3.3 Coaching Refund Policy

• Partial Cancellations: If you purchase a multi-session coaching package and choose to terminate the agreement early, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for un-utilized sessions, minus an administrative fee, provided proper notice is given.

• Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for coaching sessions that have already been fully delivered.

4. Payment Terms & Security

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or platform-native checkouts like Etsy). 1111 Career Coaching LLC does not store your financial credit card details.

• Payment Plans: If a payment plan option is utilized for high-ticket coaching or courses, you authorize 1111 Career Coaching LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file on the designated dates. You remain legally responsible for the full balance of the contract, regardless of whether you choose to finish the program.

5. Professional Disclaimer & "Results May Vary" Policy

5.1 No Guaranteed Outcomes

Ownership of Results: 1111 Career Coaching LLC provides educational resources, strategic frameworks, and professional guidance. However, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, salary increases, or employer offers.

Your success is entirely dependent on your own effort, personal dedication, background, interview performance, and prevailing market conditions. Because these factors are completely outside the control of 1111 Career Coaching LLC, individual results will vary, and past client testimonials do not guarantee a similar outcome for you.

5.2 Client Responsibility

By purchasing our products or engaging in our coaching services, you accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for your own progress and results.

We provide the tools, templates, and expertise, but the implementation, execution, and ultimate work required to achieve your career goals rests solely with you. The insights provided in both our digital products and 1:1 sessions are strictly advisory and should not be construed as legal, financial, or psychological advice.

5.3 Not a Substitute for Mental Health Therapy

Mental Health Disclaimer: 1111 Career Coaching LLC provides professional development, career alignment strategy, and burnout support coaching. Coaching is not mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical therapy.

Our sessions, courses, and digital products are designed for educational and strategic purposes only. They are not a substitute for the evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions by a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or medical professional. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, clinical depression, or mental health crises, you agree to seek the care of a licensed healthcare professional. You acknowledge that 1111 Career Coaching LLC does not provide medical or psychological treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1111 Career Coaching LLC, its owner, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our digital products, website, or coaching services.

7. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, & Governing Law

7.1 Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, use of our digital products, or participation in 1:1 coaching sessions, both you and 1111 Career Coaching LLC agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting each other directly in writing.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree that the dispute shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration.

7.2 Arbitration Rules and Location

The arbitration shall be administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service (such as the American Arbitration Association) and shall take place in the State of Wisconsin.

• The arbitrator's decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, both parties agree to pay their own attorneys' fees and costs associated with the arbitration, regardless of the outcome.

7.3 Class Action Waiver

Class Action Waiver: You and 1111 Career Coaching LLC agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You explicitly waive the right to resolve any dispute as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

7.4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted under these Terms (such as to enforce an arbitration award or for matters exempt from arbitration), you and 1111 Career Coaching LLC agree that such disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
